Pho Basil Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine

"Pho Basil has extremely good food and banh mi's! Their portions are big and the food is fresh and the vegetables are crisp. Their grilled pork bahn mi is excellent and made on a delicious baguette and has a good meat to vegetable ratio. Their vermicelli bowls also have fresh vegetables and really good meat. Staff is friendly and they try to get the food out quickly. The pho soup is hot and delicious with generous portions of meat!"

"12:30 wed Sept 20 Writing this as I eat. Food needs to improve. Wonderful greeting. Knowledgeable, took my order fast Food came out quick, boiling hot. #10 pho, and pork spring roll. Side of fish sauce. Large Pho.. mild but good broth. Better with a little fish sauce. STEAK HAS A THIN SLIMY LAYER. I've never experienced anything like that before. Fatty Brisket.. good Spring roll looks like a dead thing. Was gross. Absolutely Zero color or Flavor. Thin sliced pork. The pork is strange. It's dry, with that squeaky rubbery feel. Like it's a commercial made thing. In general this Cadaver roll gets a zero star. Employees are great, attentive, refilled my water. 10 stars. Doubt I'll go back"

"Two of us had a good dinner here. We were seated immediately and the waiter walked us through our options. They have a Chinese menu and a Vietnamese menu. We ordered Vietnamese and had the chicken wings and pho soup. The food came out quickly and the manager was super happy to answer questions. Pho broth is unique to each chief. This was good though a bit mild. Ingredients in the pho were good. The fried chicken was crispy and the sauce was great. Do ask for the house made chili oil. It is great and more mild than most but lots of flavor."
