"I have to start out by saying this place is VERY expensive for what it is. In fact, the price was one of the first things we mentioned the instant we got the menu. For reference, genuine Italian dining is about as much money as the food here. The service was speedy and the waitress took much care to tend to us. Superb customer service there. The food was okay. Not worth the price you pay, that’s for sure. Would we come back? Wouldn’t be opposed but it’s not going to be the go-to. My advice, to the business, would be to lower some prices and you will have some more customers."

"The food portions are good size! The full order of B&G with meal.... huge. Try the half order first. Then picture 2x as much food. The ham steak is moist not dry. And thick Slab. At least 3/8" to 1/2". Biscuits were a bit dry, but fluffy. The gravy needed a bit more white pepper in it. Kinda bland, but white pepper has a wicked side, too much and it can ruin the flavor. Lot of sage and red pepper flavors did come through. Easy dining experience, and something that Jerry Seinfeld would go to in his new show, comedians in cars, getting coffee. A real comfy place to be."

"Wonderful breakfast today. This was my first time here at Blue Bird and I loved it. I had the three pancakes with eggs and bacon along with an orange juice and water. Waitress was cute and friendly. I will return!"

"Visiting my brother in Arlington and met him here for breakfast... he highly recommended this place... had their "half order" biscuits and gravy...holy cow! Glad I didn't order the full sized! Biscuits were house made as was the gravy...delicious and awesome old school personal service and restaurant, which is family owned for 40+ years. One can expect more delicious menu items here. Tip well here!This place, added to the original downtown charm of Arlington is a must visit, if not a destination."
