"I went in today to do an exchange of the same exact shoe. I had gotten my son a size 12 but needed a 13. When I when to the cashier to do the exchange she charged me full price when I had a discount at the time. When I originally had bought the shoes I had a coupon of spend $100 and get $15 off. The cashier was rude and said she couldn’t give me the price I had paid first because that coupon was for the last purchase. I told her it was just an exchange for the same shoe and she had an attitude and said she couldn’t do anything about it. I still got the shoes and paid the difference because my 5yr old really wanted those shoes for kindergarten. I was very upset because I was just doing an exchange and usually when it’s an exchange for the same item it should be the price you paid. I had a very bad experience with customer service and not being able to get the deal I had originally gotten."

"The man behind the counter was kind he showed me where things that I asked for were located. He told me of some sells coming up on something I might like. He also pointed out a discont been with some thing in it that were $4.99 and under. I looked around the store and the shoes are over priced $29.99 was the cheapest I could find. Most of the shoes where $35.99 and up in the $75.00 and more For kids shoes. The cheapest backpacks I found was $35.99 . Most of the things I found here were quite expensive."
