"Service in here was terrible. I walked through the door and the first thing the employee said to me (more than 30 minutes before closing) is “We’re gonna close early.” Not even a hi or anything. I drove all the way to the mall just to come to this store and it was super rude. Like she was basically telling me to leave. I asked what time and she said 8:30. It was 8:29… seriously?? Will not be back to this location ever. I’m assuming this was some kind of a manager. She had dark hair and was wearing a Harlem jersey I think. Train your staff better, this was awful."

"New stock arriving for the Black Weekend sales. Signs are getting posted. Nice place to shop for "new" seasonal clothes and accessories. I hope cute hats are in style. Loved the assortment. Update from my recent visit. I bought a couple of cute sun dresses that were in the clearance items. And a pair of sweat shirt material shorts. Great for hanging around the house on hot days. I'm looking for a "stylish" outfit for my 50th school reunion. (In August) Got any ideas for a plus size 67 year old?"

"I made a purchase of 3 items, end up only keeping one. Brought 3 items back to store and the refund amount shouldn’t be $46 ish. And they somehow only issued me $13. I called the website and they were able to refund me $22 back and saying that the rest I have to go back to store or they can issue me a gift card. I said ok because WA was snowing and I don’t want to make another trip. They issued a $8.99 gift card which still Dirksen cover what I originally paid. So I emailed back and here is what they told me “As gift cards are sent out as a good will gesture for customers we do not compensate for tax paid, we only compensate for the price of the item pre-tax”. Then I called again for 30 mins one other worker told me the store issue refund based on the store price, not how much you paid - which makes no sense. If you refund an item you should’ve get the FULL amount back, including tax you paid, and NOT based on the price of the day. It shouldn’t be THAT hard to make a refund and get what you paid back."
