Dutch Bros Coffee

"I used to enjoy coming to this location daily for coffee, but recently there’s been a specific worker here who has made that once enjoyable experience, one that I despise. This worker, Ivy, has been nothing but rude every single time I have the displeasure of encountering her. It’s to the point where I don’t trust her to make my drinks! I’ve been going here for years.. There’s so many pleasant people who work here, and it’s a shame that one person has managed to ruin it. Waiting in the walk-up line for 27+ minutes in the morning when I need to get to work, while others who have ordered way after me leave with their drinks way before me was the tipping point. Ivy is the reason I will no longer be going to this stand daily."

"I was having a bad day. My car broke down, and I had to wait for a tow truck. I saw dutch Bros coffee and decided to get a coffee. I told the 2 kids working what was going on, and the young man working said I can't really do much to help u, but I can buy u a coffee. So sweet. I live 50 miles from this coffee stand. But I will go out of my way to come back any chance I can. The coffee was so delicious. I wish I had caught your name. Ty for making my bad day better."

"Absolutely the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced in my life. Understand working alone and being busy but the way the girl who was working the window last night was so off putting I wouldn’t touch this location if my life depended on it. I know I’m not the only person who has experienced this. Whoever the girl is you have working the window at night is bad for business. First and last time ever going to a Dutch bros"

"The male and female at the place were really nice and very patiently accommodating. I cannot drink coffee but my Mother loves this one drink and knows what to get but I always get boring hot chocolate so I asked them to make me a fun hot chocolate but they don't have soy milk and I don't drink what the milk they have but they made it work and I tried something new. I also love their cold non-coffee chocolate drinks in the summer. This location is not by me but I try to come by here for a treat."
