"I live in browns point , so this is the closest Starbucks to me. But I avoid in many cases because every single time I go there I am waiting 15 minutes for my drinks. That's with ordering mobile 15 minutes before I even get there. Most times when I get in the drive thru they tell me there is a long wait time and they are behind from the morning. Honestly at this point after 3 years- this is just a staff issue. The lack of urgency and the aloofness of the staff is the primary reason this service is so unapologetically slow. 10/10 would reccomend that this location have a firmer corporate eye on it since all the locations surrounding it never have the same issues."

"I was only here to pick up a Doordash order, twice actually the same day, and they were super friendly in the lobby was very clean. They had my orders ready to go by the time I walked in so I'd say service is fairly quick as well."

"Before I go into details I'm just going to say that I pretty much guarantee any of these review / comments above 1 star are not credible.. I live right up the street from this location so I have given it a chance multiple times, I go back hoping that they have new workers or hoping that something has changed. unfortunately it's the most convenient location for me to stop at because it has a drive though but I am always disappointed. So instead i go inside the QFC down the road where I have to walk inside ((where they only have ONE worker there per shift)) and they will still make my coffee faster then this location.. . I will see through the drive-up window five people and none of them doing anything. They dont even start my drink until after taking my money and give me my change even though there's five staff and no other . On top of that even when I mentioned that my drinks have been made wrong the last time they make it wrong again and take over 10 minutes to do so. Also I should mention the drink that I'm getting is something on the menu I'm not changing anything in it and it's always made it incorrectly a lot of the times you can see the drink is not even Brown it's still a light color so they should already know they messed up before handing it to me.. This drinking the picture from yesterday though was probably not made with a frappuccino base I think they used shots possibly and it tasted nothing like a cookie crumble Frappuccino it had so much chocolate in it there was no ice when I took a drink it was very weird dot-dot-dot and this girl that work there has told me that she has worked there a long time and would know how to make the drink correctly since last time I was wrong. What a nightmare.."
