"Bought a hat, walked out and tried to put a slight curve in it and the bill snapped in half. Walked back in and was told there is nothing they could do for me because I’m the one that bent it…I have been wearing hats for at least 30 years and have never seen a hat bill snap in half. If this is the quality of the products you are selling, I will never shop in this store again and will make sure I tell everyone I talk to as well."

"Stopped by today lookin for a specific hat and y’all had, the sales associate physically showed me the hat I wanted to buy and then proceeds to tell just for me, smh I can come back 11 days later and buy it when y’all decide to release it. Keep your hat I’ll shop else where and spread the word. So disappointed!"
