"Not a Uniform Shop. Other than that, it's pretty decent. The majority of the outfits for females are geared towards little ones and older generations, not much for in-between. Still alot better, and it's only one floor and pretty big from the inside here on Whidbey Island"
"The standard exchange part is great but I will say that the Verizon kiosk is rather slow. Myself and 2 others wanted to get onto 1 plan and it took 3 hours and we had to order a phone for 1 of us which when it showed up we ended up waiting over 2 hours to get it because both employees were helping 1 couple. You would be much better off going to the Verizon store in town."
"The cashier was extremely rude when I asked a question about an item. Some employees are extremely nice. It depends on who you come across and how their day is going. The NEX does have a lot of fun seasonal holiday activities for the kids throughout the year."
"I always enjoy coming to the nex everyone is always friendly. There are always great deals. I always find something that I love especially when shopping for my baby boy. They have the cutest outfits for very fair prices. Also there is something for everyone there. They have everything you need from kitchen stuff as well as bedrooms stuff. Also clothes, shoes, make up, snacks and beverages I feel as if it is a Mini mall on the naval base. I absolutely love shopping here. I guarantee you will find whatever you are looking for here. This place has so much to offer!!!:)"
