Modoo Teriyaki Puyallup

"Just being transparent as usual. Please take this in the right spirit. Ordered 2 dishes and some sides. Gyoza... over cooked. Chicken teriyaki rubbery, over marinated, over cooked. Ordered no salad on one dish and extra rice. Tablespoon sized extra rice. Salad= Ice burg lettuce and dressing. Even a shred of carrot for garnishing would be nice if they didnt want to use an inexpensive tomato wedge. Teriyaki sauce for your rice? Forget it. No sauce in either of my meals. Conclusion: Either something has changed in the last year with quality or ownership, or could be because recently I've been getting teriyaki from a place thats within walking distance from this place who's food is WAY better.. has set the bar very high. No names sorry. But i did a review on them. Modoo... hope you guys fix something. After going to the other place, i figured Id give modoo a shot again since they used to be really good. Not doing that again. I'ts back to the other place for me."

"Chicken Yakisoba and Egg Rolls are not good. Mall quality noodles. The chicken is not fresh. Egg roll looks like pastry dough from the grocery store. Not homemade or hand made. Better off going to the mall food court. $24"

"I used to LOVE Modoo. This place was the best, I would go every week. But the last couple times I've gotten food from there, it has been horrible. Seems pre-packaged, overcooked, flavorless. I got the chicken pad Thai last time, a few overcooked chicken bits on top of a huge congealed glob of noodles. It was dry and greasy at the same time. This used to be my go to dish, I was very disappointed. This time I got wonton soup. It is so void of flavor, I'd rather eat my dogs lamb kibble. No longer are the wontons real wontons, but they're obvisiously previously frozen, with no meat. And who puts canned mushrooms and florets of broccoli in their wonton?! I'm okay if I never go back."
