Domino's Pizza

"I get Domino's pizza usually once a week . They have a lot more than pizza to eat ,and it alway hot and very good and always decent people working there."

"I’ve ordered from this location several years without incident. I placed an order online and paid online as I normally do. When my husband picks up pizza they charge him again. When he got home he asked if I’d paid and I said yes just like I normally do. He said he paid again because they said it wasn’t paid. I called the store and told them what happened. They saw the error and said they would credit my husbands account but it would take several days. After checking the account for a credit every day for a week, I called the store. They told me I had to contact corporate because it had been a week and they no longer could retrieve. I contacted corporate and was told they were going to have the owner call me. After waiting another week patiently, corporate told me the store owner would contact me (vicious circle). I never received a return call from the owner. Now corporate isn’t responding to any of my emails. I’ve never seen such poor customer service! Beware this store is unresponsive if you have any issues."

"Timed my drive just right and everything was fresh out of the oven and just boxed and ready to go when I walked in the door ( the kids working were great). Everything was still hot when I got home and tasted great. Kudos to the crew tonight."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sorry for the long review! Immediately after placing my delivery order I realized I hadn't selected the right sauce for my pizza. I picked up my phone and called the store to let them know. The guy who answered said he would take care of it and ended the call. Unfortunately, my pizza still came with the wrong sauce and was also burnt! I called the store back to let them know. They had me speak to the manager, "Cooper". SHE said that since I ordered it with red sauce, that's what she gave me. I told her that her co-worker said he would take care of it, otherwise I would have cancelled and re-made the order. I also told her that my pizza was burnt. Cooper then decided to argue with me that the pizza was burnt by saying the oven is timed to cook everything perfectly and my pizza is how it's supposed to be. Although my pizza was a thin crust, it wasn't just slightly overcooked. No, it was BURNT. Black edges and all. I asked her if there was a number that I could text pictures of the burnt pizza to, but she didn't provide one. Instead of accepting that there were now TWO very good reasons for her to re-make my pizza, she decided not to help me at all. She said that I could pay to order another one. When I refused the solution, she told me to call the Office. I left a voicemail at the Franchise office and I'm waiting to hear back. Also emailing corporate."
