"I went into Fuji without any expectations and wow their food was amazing! Their sushi roll was super fresh and hot food were delicious. Also loved their Sunomono salad that was cleansing our mouth! We ordered chicken katsu don, tempura udon, the roll! And ended up ordering this volcano roll that had amazing presentation. We also loved the green tea chocolate bento box that was great dessert to end the night! The servers were friendly and kept checked in with us! The restaurant was cozy and the parking was easier than I thought as there were spots open on the front street!"

"Great sushi. I’ve been eating here for a few years and went back for the first time in a while. The Fuji tower had a great mix of flavors and textures, along with great presentation. It was more filling than I expected. The volcano roll remains a personal favorite. I didn’t love the salmon and avocado roll this time but it doesn’t take away from the overall rating."

"Amazing food, the sushi rolls were fun and fresh, the shishito peppers were so flavorful, got a bento box and the portion was huge and everything was so good. Service was fast. The atmosphere could freshen up but definitely recommend this place."

"Our meal at Fuji Sushi was fantastic. And while the servers were busy, the service was still very good. - Food - I ordered the Lunch Bento for myself and the Tonkatsu Ramen for my beloved. The assortment I got for the price was very good and very filling, and I didn't get tired of any of the dishes. Her Ramen was the perfect level of saltiness and was presented beautifully, as was my bento. - Service - The service was good. The waitress helping us was kind, and we were seated quickly. That being said, they were clearly busy, which led to them forgetting that I asked for the check and boxes to put the food in. Overall though, nothing else negative to say. - Atmosphere - When I went, there was a surprisingly great atmosphere about the place. Though some of the staff seemed somewhat overwhelmed, the customers were all chatting happily and enjoying the food. It's always nice to walk into a restaurant and see nothing but smiles greet you. - Overall - I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the international district. Seattle has a lot of great restaurants, but this one stands out with simplicity and great quality."
