"Great selection of boats and gear. Retail staff very friendly. How ever bought a used boat paid almost 30k and the salesman acted like i was inconveniencing him. Not a way to build repeat customers. Unless they have something specific your looking for, shop around before dropping 10’s of thousands of dollars."

"I bought a new boat from this place. The sales man Gil is a great guy and extremely helpful however the customer service after the sale is horrible. The service technicians are horrible. The kicker on my boat has never started right, my fish finder was defective. I requested a new one and got the run around about how they were not responsible to replace it. Since I was planning to up grade I tried to get them to order me a garmin live scope. After 2 months I finally just bought one at another retailer. I took it in to have it installed and they installed it wrong. When I called them they referred me garmin support. I paid almost 700 to have this installed and had to have it re installed at another place. Don't use thier service dept here they absolutely don't know what they are doing."

"Verles is better than Cabela’s. They are knowledgeable, have everything you need for local fishing, hunting, crabbing. Our maybe second time in years ago, maybe 3rd, they gave my daughter a pink camo verles hat for free. Who does that. It absolutely made her day. They also do boat sales and service."
