"Teriyaki beef needs to be made with thinly sliced beef ribeye! H-Mart in Tigard 99W will sell the sliced ribeye for $5.99 or less to restaurant owners with a minimum of 20 pounds, you should not substitute using other cuts of meat and especially hand slicing the meat. The meat in the picture seems to be a chuck-roll. I ordered the teriyaki beef and teriyaki chicken and the total came out to be almost $29.00 Chicken was ok but the beef was really tough to chew on, it was too thick and uneven, and the marinade sucked!"

"This was my first time tryin a Joy Teriyaki and got a teriyaki pork bowl it was $9.50. Having been to Japan several times it tasted the closest to the teriyaki I had there. Definitely worth every penny of that, lots of meat and a fair amount of rice too."

"Very good Chicken bowl. I ordered mine with no sauce 1/2 brown rice 1/2 steamed veggies. The veggies are good nice and fresh. Rice perfect. The miso soup a bit too salty. They also use styrofoam, otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars. The place is clean with a modern look. The price is right! Fast friendly service. I’ll be coming back."
