"The bathroom was disgusting, I bet it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, when I mentioned it to the employee he ignored me. They offer no Coffee or anything to customers and the general attitude of the employee's seems to me that they dont like their jobs. They would not be known for friendliness"

"Reading through the other reviews is entertaining, to say the least. Wait times here can be a bit long, especially in the evenings, but this is a full service shop. If you want a quick oil change, go down the street to Jiffy Lube. And yes, tires are expensive, but it's also based on the vehicle YOU decided to purchase. And you have to communicate with the person behind the desk and get specific, its your car, they dont know why it makes a ping noise when you turn left at 30 miles an hour unless you specify that when bringing your vehicle in. And if you have an issue or something happened the staff here are more than willing to help you out the best they can."

Despite visiting the store for a tire replacement, I was met with staff who were unprofessional and disrespectful. To add insult to injury, they asked me to pay double the price for the same service. It was clear that their only interest was in making money, not helping customers. I would strongly advise against visiting this tire shop.”"
