I called them before travel 34 minutes to reach them to pick up some parts and they assured they have it !! When I reach he refused to help at all and I was so quiet and polite .. also he didn't respect any other employee at all , they offered to help but he used his negative power!!! "Just wanted to thank Ellis for his help and effort. I stop by to get headlights for my Mini. He also helped me to install them. The spot of headlights was tricky to find and change but he didn’t give up. With constant trying he was able to replace them both. I really liked the kindness of the staff.
