"Very disappointed, nothing like the website. I ordered the fish & chips. I find it difficult to believe the fish was hand breaded in Mediterranean spices as it had no flavor & appears to just have be frozen. Supposed to come with a salad it didn't & regular fries not waffle fries. My friend ordered the Greek salad, quite small, similar to a side salad size. In spite of being two of three people in the restaurant our order took forever. How long does it take to put prepped lettuce in a bowl & we both had to ask for silverware. Very cold and spartan atmosphere."
"I enjoyed my visit here. I ordered a the Coco Special Gyro, which has Lamb, fries and tzatziki inside. Tasty. Dishes are typically served with rice but we were offered to sub in fries, which I appreciated. Other reviews have been quite harsh in their reviews of the food, but I actually think the gyros, at least, are above average in the flavor department. My server was also very nice and had a distinctive sense of humor, which I enjoyed. Some have said the wait for the food can be extensive, but my experience was about the same as many other Mediterranean places I’ve been to. The real issue comes down to atmosphere. Other reviews mentioned the loudness of the music, which was somewhat true, but I felt the main issue with it the atmosphere was it felt closer to a kind of warehouse space, with concrete floors and not much in the way of decoration. When I was there, they were using a propane heater to heat the space, which I have read can pose a carbon monoxide risk. That’s somewhat of a nitpick, however. Overall, I would say if you’re in the area, give them a shot!"
"Big portions. The gyros are stuffed and delicious. Love the rice too. The Greek salad is SUPER yummy. Also got an order of Greek fries, the sauce and feta on top is a little sweet, they’re also real good. It is a little weird in here, empty when we arrived. Waited a while to get checked but not bad. Feels like it switched owners and the walls are empty. The food was awesome, will come back again!"
"Didn’t grab many pics during lunch, and I barely got the one of our food because the gyro was so damn good I just wanted to get it done! I know it is really booking when the Tacoma Dome is on, so we were happy to catch them on a slow Saturday afternoon. Just great. Get in there and get your gyro on!"
