"They forgot my jamocha shakes n my French dip But mind you, it was a big order. But that is what they are supposed to do is be prepared. They are providing a service to us.their training and pay reflects there experience."

"The outside woman's restroom was overflowing. Restaurant was not stocked with napkins which were needed due to no paper towels in the restrooms. They were not stocked well with buns and BLT was made wrong and slow. It seemed like the 3 front workers were new and though they were trying their best, I'm not sure they had enough training. This looks to be a management or owner issue. The best we could do was be patient with the front counter staff but Arby's can do so much better."

"Ordered 2 for $6 roast beef and fish. About 15 minutes later they told 2 of us they had no beef so pick something else on the menu. So i got chicken. 11:35 on Sunday Feb 4"

"This Arby's is a classic model with the cool windows that overlook the main street with lots of seating. It was snowing today so the dine-in was empty. For me, it was nice because I could sit anywhere and everything was spotless and stocked. The cashier was polite and took my order quickly and correctly. My food came out fresh and overall I had a good experience. When I left I was told to have a great day and thanks for dining with us."

"I've probably been to this particular one at least a few dozen times when I worked in downtown Tacoma. I like their menu and service is generally pretty good. It can get busy, but it's relatively clean. Service - 4 Food - 4 Price - 3 Comfort - 3"
