"The soda machines in the lobby weren’t working properly, but trying to get someone behind the counter to fill them was like pulling teeth and they were rude about it. My husband ordered chili after we finally got our order we informed they didn’t have spoons and then we’re very snottily told to just use a fork. This is the worst Wendy’s that I have ever been to. Steer clear it isn’t worth your time. The staff here clearly should find a job outside this industry."

"This location specifically is awful. Nearly every time I go it's easily a minimum 15minute wait, and they are ALWAYS OUT OF TOMATOES AND BACON and often times don't even mention that when youre ordering. A junior bacon cheeseburger and crispy chicken BLT are NOT even close to the same without bacon and or tomato. What the heccccckkkkk"

"Horrible customer hospitality & service. If you can't control your mouth don't work at a fast food chain. If the manager is reading this, look at the time and date & youll see who was working your drive through. The staff at restaurants are supposed to make it welcoming and wanting to get food. unfortunately I had to deal with someone who couldn't comprehend the items on their own menu and couldn't bite her tongue when I asked a simple question, instead I got straight attitude just cause I asked a question. Wendy's, I love your mid shift crew but you should find a new morning shift drive through staff member. She's making your store look bad & just gives off a attitude to which someone else will make a review. which 99.9% makes people want to turn around and go somewhere else. TRAIN AND CONTROL YOUR STAFF IF YOU WANT BETTER REVIEWS! Who knows might be time to let a few go so new staff memebers can come and make Wendy's seem more vibrant and welcoming."
