"The atmosphere was lovely and the service was great, but it was hands down the worst Vietnamese food I've had. All of the meat (the pork in the bún bowl, the beef in the pho and the shrimp in the spring roll) tasted rancid and stale. I couldn't finish anything we ordered. At least the portions were small."
"This is quite possibly the worst vietnamese food I have ever had. Every piece of vegetable that was in my dish was withered and rusty. The meat that didn't taste rancid tasted like an old refrigerator, you could tell it had been frozen and thawed multiple times. The GRILLED pork was served cold. The spring rolls were old and had some weird grainy consistency to them, along with the veggies being wilted and the pork and shrimp being old and foul tasting. The person serving us was very nice and the place felt relatively clean. I will never be back."
"Hey, hey, foodie friends. We are visiting Tacoma for a friend's wedding. We decided to stop at this little place to have a small bite to eat. Right at the get-go, the person behind the counter was not very welcoming. We had to ask where to sit. The service was more a fast food restaurant than a place to be sitting and enjoying your meal. The gentleman was not very pleasant, we only order a couple of appetizers and were told that we could not eat here and that we would have to take them to go, even though there was no one else in the restaurant. So this Pho V & V is getting only one (1) start for customer service."
