"I went here for oil change today and the guy told me that it will take only 20 minutes and it’s been one hour and I am still waiting I don’t know how long more should I wait"

"I bought 4 tires, and initially had an installation scheduled for the 16th of Dec. for some reason it was moved to a much earlier date at a time I wasn’t able to go to. I ended up rescheduling another week out and just got a notification that they canceled my order the week of my appointment??? now I have to wait 10 business days for them to refund me before reordering. I they were already delivered to the store so I don’t understand how it could be canceled. This is ridiculous. I’m calling and calling and no one answers and they don’t have an answering machine. Waste of time"

"I gave 5 star because my situation was going smoothly. HOWEVER, things that you need to know when doing maintenance (especially changing tires): 1. For my case, when I need 4 new tires for my car, I just go straight in-person to the auto center and tell them that I need to make an appoinment for changing tires or doing oil change etc. --> I recommend you go to the auto center in-person to make an appointment with them, this way will be guarantee ur appointment way better than booking online. 2. In my case when I need to reschedule my appointment, I tried call them multiple time in a day and they never pick up the phone so if you have an appointment that day and you want to call them to reschedule through phone call (if you got lucky that they pick up the phone) you may not be able to. --> If you can't go on the day you have appointment, I recommend just miss that appointment and wait whenever you have free time just come straight in-person to make another appointment (sometime they have available time on the same day just like I did for my tire today no need to wait for another day). 3. They don't have a lot of staff (mechanics) (I think they have like 6 mechanics only and not all of them working the same shift) so please be patient, and if you wait it for like a while and don't see anyone, just try to make eye contact and do some body gestures through the "empolyees only" door to indicates that you need help and if they were to busy, just try to find some Walmart associate and tell them you need help then they will come and tell those mechanics that you need help. In conclusion: - It just need a bit of time because they don't have a lot of staffs working - just make appointment in person -> it will make a lot easier for you (you can book same day service appointment if they have available time slot) - don't try to call them to reschedule appointment because most of the time they don't pick up the phone (or never pick up the phone) thats why if you can't not make it, just miss it and come in-person to make another appointment I hope this help!"

"I had a terrible experience when I purchased new tires online and scheduled their installation at this center. My appointment was at 6 pm and I arrived at 5:45 pm. However, I spent 15 minutes waiting at the front desk for someone to show up. Unfortunately, nobody arrived. I had to seek out an associate from a different department who helped me locate someone from the auto care department. When I found them, they informed me that they were running behind schedule and that they might need to delay my car's installation by 40 minutes. I waited longer and returned around 7:40 pm only to find out that they hadn't even started working on my car yet. At this point, I decided to cancel my tire order and the appointment as I couldn't wait any longer. They returned my keys and I drove back home. However, to my surprise, when I logged into the Walmart website, it showed that I had picked up my tires and that the order was completed. I now have to waste my time with customer service to fix their mistake. My advice to anyone planning to get their tires installed - save your time and go elsewhere."

"Scheduled for noon and planned on just wasting time until appointment. Got a call and was asked if I could come in sooner or later. Got there before 10am and left 45 minutes later with new tires. Live far enough away that was able to experience the new tires on highway and off. Great exeperience overall and picked up some Oil and other car maintence stuff at the same time."
