Our founder, whose father established The Bartley Collection, Ltd in Prairie View, IL in 1974, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the restaurant. With operating hours on Wednesday through Sunday, including a special Sunday brunch, we invite you to join us for a meal that will leave you feeling satisfied and content.

"I chose to go here with my hiking partner after walking around St Edwards Park for a couple hours. The service was absolutely pleasant and the food was top notch! We already planned a trip back in about a month. Update: after a second visit to this wonderful restaurant the hostess remembered our faces and asked for our names (trying to commit them to memory I suppose), the notion made a great deal of difference in me feeling welcome as a guest. The menu has rotated but was fantastic as always."
