"Ordered my food, Paid for my food, Waited nearly thirty minutes in the lobby, They never received the ticket in the kitchen. I politely asked for a refund which they complied with however was willing to do nothing to make up for the fact that they charged me and made me stand there for thirty minutes without making my food. Kitchen staff was very rude. At no time did I ever raise my voice Or even sound like I was highly upset."
