"absolutely ridiculous how much these workers are slacking. they didn’t get my order wrong once, but twice! had to drive back and forth because they forgot half my order, and i had to go back again because you guys don’t read the ONE direction and don’t care about food allergies. get better workers or get them to brighten up because the ones you have now are not doing their job correctly at all and it’s purely just annoying and a waste of money."

"Skimpy portions, garbage quality, and higher prices due to the remodel. Deff gonna go to a different TB bc this one is trash. Employees just standing around on their phone but can’t make sure my order is warm and not skimped? They said “would you like your nachos spicy?” and then charged me .60 cents without saying anything. Absolute trash."

"My order is always wrong at this location. Ive driven back sometimes and theyll usually fix the order. Skimpy portions. Only 30% full on this cheese cup. Come on guys. Be better! I hate that this is the only taco bell Lakewood has. My recommendation, go elsewhere unless you don't mind asking them to remake your food every time you order here. Also, they recently remodeled the building and raised prices. Looks like a quality job by the builder. (NOT)."

"If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars, I would. I went there tonight and asked for no meat as I haven’t eaten meat in two years, and I got halfway through my burrito and realized there was beef in it. I now have food poisoning and had to call out of work tomorrow. If you can go an extra mile or so to another location, I suggest you do that. If this was an allergy, instead of a dietary preference, this slip up would have way worse consequences than a bad review."
