"Iyad is a hard worker, making jumbo sized gyros that test the strength of their wraps. There is no skimping on meats here, and he stuffs each to the max with lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles. These gyros are so large that he cannot actually fit them into the container as is and must cut them in half. Topped with his homemade sauces (don't skimp on the hot sauce! It's more than just heat), the lamb is tender and rich with juice, evidence of a long marination. Iyad also grills the wrap, to make sure you don't miss out on any of that delicious grease. Don't forget to grab a baklava to complete your meal!"

"DELICIOUS! After not eating while traveling, THIS was the place that I broke my fast with, and it was insanely good. I’ve never seen a cook in a chef coat at a food cart, but now I understand why. This man cooks with love, and you can taste it (not to mention his incredible story of coming to the US). Perfectly succulent chicken shawarma, delicious sauces (the pomegranate sauce was awesome), and a very filling meal, even for a big dude like me. Worth every penny and more - Don’t miss this on Vashon!"
