He finally said maybe he could service it on the weekend but was very busy at that moment so I said I'd see if I could find another way. Called him back to take him up on the offer and he flatly refused because it happens to be in a house (even though it's commercial grade equipment). He knew this before, I was very clear, so why waste my time? When asked if he had any recommendations, he said no and explained that I should "use Google to look for someone who works on this equipment." My dude, how do you think I found your number??
