"I've been buying my AV stuff from Video Only since 1997. Almost every TV has come from them as they carry good products and have great pricing. For 90% of home entertainment needs these guys can set you up. Just bought an 85" TV priced better than Costco."

"Bought a brand new LG TV from Video Only thinking this would be the best option for service and repair. I was very wrong unfortunaltely. Bought the TV in July and just over the 90 day replacement policy, developed a large vertical red line in the TV. LG's customer service and ways of getting repair are very convoluted and I'm going on a month without any timeline or when a tech can get out here. Called Video Only thinking they should be able to help since I bought this from them and they informed me "Only LG can provide assistance at this point." I asked if they had a rep or anything they could contact but they were no help. GO TO COSTCO!!! Easiest return policy around that comes with a minimum 2-year warranty. I know this is not Video Only's fault that my TV developed an issue so quickly and they don't do repairs but..... Costco will now always be my go-to from now on for any big electronic purchases."

"Video only has been around for a long time. Their store doesn't look as fancy as Best Buy but that's not what they are about. They are about service and providing a good price on product. Talk to Jeff when you are there and he'll make sure you are taken care of and you got a fair price. I've bought many things from them in the past and I've always been happy."

"I was really pleasantly surprised all around by my experience here. I was all ready to buy a TV on Amazon but a friend insisted I check Video Only first. I went in steeling myself for a used-car salesman experience, but the salesperson who helped us was extremely helpful and didn't rush us or push at all. We ended up getting a better model in a larger size for the same price as the one we had been thinking of buying on Amazon. Plus, they took our old TV and threw in a three-year warranty which you know Amazon would be trying to up-sell you to at checkout. I will definitely return here if and when I need another TV."
