"Usually I have a pretty good experience... But today... I my order was cold when I got home and I live 2 minutes away... It had onions on it when I told them no onions... The girl at the window was all cheerful but not listening.... I rather have someone angry and listen to get my order right than cheerful and doesnt listen. I am beyond pissed off..."

"On a once in a blue mood day these guys are a 10/10! But - every single time I go here my food is always COLD. Burgers are always cold. Like they’ve been sitting out for 30 minutes with a draft coming in from the window. They are VERY good burgers but why are they cold? The cheese is always barely melted and the burger is cold. I love this place. Hands down one of the best burger places around. If you like Burger King but hate how nasty it is inside / how the workers don’t care there then this is the place for you! I saw other comments about how they were cold and I went here the other day and I thought management might of saw something cause for once in my food journey here it was HOT! I almost went back for a 3rd burger how good and hot it was. This place really needs to step up this and get it under control I’m spending almost $6 for a burger and it’s cold. I wish they would do something about this."

"The fries were fresh but the burgers are cold, cheese never melted. To be the best , please make sure the burgers are hot enough, like it’s always like this you can definitely taste that they’re like frozen burgers with just a plain slice of cheese on them. McDonald’s is better and warmer than what you guys are serving. I’m disappointed yet again"

"First time trying this place, for $8.89 you get a quarter pound cheeseburger meal which includes fries and soda. The hamburger and fries are better than any other large chain fast foods. This is a family owned business, you can only order at the window or drive thru. They have other items on the menu such as sandwiches and misc. This will be our go to place for take out hamburgers from now on. Best value, where else can 2 people eat good quality fast food for $20.00? My husband says the fries rival McDonald's fries which use to be his favorite til today, a lot bigger helping. The meal we had , had plenty of food. Can't wait to go back"
