"I visited the store after the gym and was pleasantly surprised. I hadn’t been back to this location in a while and when I walked in it was so clean and welcoming. I asked about the first responders discount and had a fabulous conversation with Erika and Kacey. In the past when I would walk in to this location there was zero conversation or customer service, this has changed. It was a great experience, great customer service. I will definitely be back."

"EDIT: Do not trust any 5 star reviews on here. They are getting employees to boost reviews, they’ve done the same to their other stores as well. To say I am appalled at this business would be an understatement. Items are FULL PRICE or higher and they aren’t giving you the bargain you think. Most clothes are used/returned as well and they still ask for full price. The reason they stopped selling cases of soda/energy drinks is because they individually price them and mark up the price. I do not understand how this place is still in business. With a business founded on greed it’s not surprising they treat their employees poorly as well. Trash management and a trash owner who is so out of touch with what customers want. Do yourself a favor and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!"

"Big Box Is under new management people!!! And i have to share with you how awesome it’s starting to look , more organized, fuller , cleaner!! The energy is more positive Good vibes all around. I’ve gone in several times in the past and I got to tell you I can definitely say whoever is in charge now they mean business! Staff is actually greeting customers very friendly nothing like before i would come in and just be ignored. Made me never want to come back But I recently went and i would definitely go back.."

"This place is a joke. I see the new Manager is the same one from the Everett location. What happened to the old Manager, Kory? Kody? Something like that. Seems like everyone who was half way decent left. Maybe ownership should keep their hand on the pulse of their stores and keep good employees. I will not be going back to this location because of my experience in Everett with this current Manager. Plus, the prices are barely cheaper than retail. They have shown nothing but greed. They don't deserve our business. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Great variety of stuff, great prices, you can fill a whole shopping cart for a hundred dollars! I especially love the interesting foods and candies I can find. I only wish the clothes were a little cheaper."
