"I had my RalliTEK suspension lift installed by them in November 2019 on my 2016 Subaru Outback and have been very happy. The rear spring upgrade has been great towing our camper trailer and the added clearance with the taller tires has been great. Recently I started hearing some knocking over rougher terrain which ended up being worn endlinks. I was able to make an appointment relatively quickly and they had the new parts installed and ready to go in about an hour after arrival. "Can’t say enough good things about Rallitek. The best experience I have had with ANY shop. The parts do what they say and more. The team works together to give you exactly what you need and prices are fair. Over the course of several months with many phone calls (was out of state), the guys helped me solve tire wear problems in my 2016 Subaru Outback. Finally made it to the shop to remove my old lift kit (another competitors not so great equipment) and install Rallitek lift with lift springs, overload springs and Bilstein struts. Also upgraded tires and wheels. The Outback no longer squats at all and under a lot of load since I move frequently for work. I went from unstable, sometimes scary ride on interstates and highways to a better ride on the road than any vehicle, truck or SUV, that I have owned. Drives like a dream now and the look is exactly what I was going for. Off-road is completely remarkable. It was already a beast with the new toe arms and control arms on the rear end that was upgraded a few months ago with Rallitek parts. I no longer have issues with noise in the front in like my last lift and struts. This thing feels like hitting the trail in a Jeep now. When I’m not loaded traveling between jobs, I’m going off-road almost daily for work and for play and I drive this thing hard. Used to worry but hit the gas anyways. "The original plastic skid plate on my wife’s 2006 Subaru Forester developed a catastrophic crack that could not be repaired. A replacement with another plastic skid plate was not my preferred solution. I found the RalliTEK products online and ordered an aluminum skid plate to be shipped to Western Canada. It was expensive, especially the customs brokerage fees, but the quality was worth it. I had a small issue with the spacers due to physical contact with the exhaust system. A quick phone call resolved the problem by sending me a pair of longer spacers in the mail that arrived quickly. Top notch product from a firm that replies promptly to all inquiries.
