"This was my first appliance purchase from Metropolitan Appliance. I was specifically looking for a business that had its own installers vs contracted installers. Their products were also very competitive price-wise. I appreciated that Sean took my needs in mind when recommending a dryer & not trying to upsell me a dryer that had features that would be rarely used. Since I was going from a dryer with steam feature to one without it, he ensured the proper parts would be at installation. The scheduling was quick, & I received notice the day before delivery, including photos of the delivery/installation crew, Michael & Delaney (what a great idea!). Michael & Delaney were professional, efficient & quick. They were very careful of my home during removal & installation. Plus, really nice guys!! I've already highly recommended Metropolitan Appliance to friends & family."

From Troy's expert, friendly and courteous assistance picking out the right washer to his setting up and helping get the washer delivered, our in-store experience was excellent. The delivery by the 'Rigatoni' team, headed up by the very knowledgeable and professional, Antonio and his crew, was not only efficient and friendly, but they're clearly dedicated experts at removing and recycling our old washer, then getting the new washer properly installed, and finally making sure everything works perfectly. Fro start to finish, the experience with Metropolitan Appliance gets my highest recommendation. "Great experience and a wealth of knowledge given by Troy Anderson. They helped us navigate through the difficult and painstaking challenges of selecting a suitable brand of washer & dryer. If you’ve done any amount of research, you’ll see almost all brands and models have negative reviews, which is truly unfortunate and literally exhausting but, reality. There are multiple benefits with purchasing here. You’re dealing with a local independent business, they have their own in house delivery/install team, and if you have issues, you call and speak with them directly. Yes, they have access to Speed Queen and Maytag commercial (for the reddit bros)."

From the initial education on products available, narrowing down the list, purchasing, and delivering the products has been top knock with response times and pricing. We’ve installed 3 of the seven appliances at the moment. Our experience with Metropolitan Appliance has been great! We are still waiting for our SubZero column unit, and I suspect the delivery crew will be just as professional.
