"Reservation only!!! I start here because you want to make this reservation and eat here. We didn’t realize it was reservation only but thankfully the owner was able to squeeze our table of 2 into his packed lineup. He was so kind. Actually came over to chat with us some more and took us for a quick tour of his kitchen. The food was bought that day and prepped that day. Everything made to order with love. All the workers took such pride in the food they put out and prideful it was. The food was absolutely amazing and I go as far as saying it’s the best food I’ve had since I moved to Washington. I‘m sitting here at 0830 the very next weekend waiting for this place to open at 0900 so I can call and make a reservation space willing."

He prides himself in ZERO waste and conducts his food art on two camping stoves! Amazing! It was well worth the experience. This was not a destination, but an EVENT!"
