"Normally pretty good. Last night,got my order wrong. Spent over $33.00 on their error. Thought,meh.. till after,still had items missing. Waited 40 extra minutes. The quarter pounder was ice cold. Ugh. What happened..?"

"First: The lady on the speaker and first window was not friendly at all. She said nothing to us except the orders we got and the totals, no have a good day or anything. We had 3 orders and after each card swipe we had to get her attention to tell her because she closed the window right after taking the card or giving it back without giving us any chance to even say thank you. Second: None of the blended drinks were available, and their order accuracy is terrible. They made my burgers wrong and didn’t give us one of our drinks. Third: After the non-existent customer service, the guy in the last window had the nerve to tell us “Just so y’all know in the future we only allow up to 2 orders per car.” Icing on the cake. Like we’re ever coming back to y’all’s location? I’ve been to McDonald’s drive thru with multiple orders before and, every other time, they did great and handled it all very efficiently and friendly. Needless to say we’re avoiding this location like the plague any time we come back to Tacoma. My friend is the type to tip everyone and had cash in hand ready to tip y’all, too. Y’all need to get it together."

"I wish there was an option for negative stars. Every time I've ordered I've been parked and forgotten about. The food is somehow cold when they give it to you. Employees are rude, they do not care about customer service or the customer experience. Better off going to Taco Bell, Burger King or even Wendy's up the road, save yourself the headache and time."

"We searched out and drove to the 72nd & mckinley store to get frappes. We were told they didn't have them. I asked "you don't sell them anymore?" She replied that the machine was broken and they've been waiting on a part for quite awhile. Ok. Then can we get two large milkshakes then? Sorry. That machine is also broken. We were stuck in a crowded drive through lane and couldn't back out so we ordered two iced coffees"

"Visiting Tacoma and this location was super convenient for the Airbnb I was at. Came here for a quick bite, fairly quiet inside for a Sunday late morning as most use drive thru. Unfortunately none of their 4 kiosks were working or closed. I was able to place an order in quickly and received the order. Unfortunately the staff don’t have their energy to greet the customers, no napkins around for you to grab, and have to ask the staff for it."
