"My husband and I have been loyal customers for 12 plus years. Never have been treated the way we was treated yesterday and then be told that they could not find us in the system and was denied. We called the last store that we gottthings from and they said that we are one of rent a centers top customer that can have anything in the store we have all green barshe then gave us the company's top dog name and we will be contacting him. The guy from the store last night apparently didn't want to do his job and tried to overpriced the first payment then proceeded to treat us bad.I will talk with management but I will not go to this certain store."
