"Kat went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had all my questions answered. Kat was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome in a store that I don’t normally shop at. Kat offered to put my item on hold so that I would have a couple days to think about my purchase. I was so impressed by her service that shortly after this, I came back and purchased “The Super Puff Men’s”. Thank you Kat!"

"I do like some of their stuff. Stylish or soft. But shopping there today annoying as purchasing item that was not marked in sale but when you get to cashier they say final say no returns etc. and the discount was minor like 20%. I’d rather just not shop on sale in those circumstances. I’m unimpressed."

"First time ever going to this Aritzia as I just moved to Seattle and omg I am never ever coming back here again. I have never felt so harassed from retail staff/workers in my entire life. The girls that work here are so extremely mean. The 15 minutes I was in store, a girl repeatedly coming up to me harassing me, being extremely mean and rude for no reason when I’m just trying to shop with my daughter in peace. The way they treat ppl here is just so unacceptable and disappointing, as this was my first experience here."
