"This place can't take 2 orders without messing something up. We've lived in this neighborhood a year now and every other time we order, something is wrong--missing ingredients, missing sodas, wrong pizza style, etc. Plus their bread bites consistently have little to no flavoring; they're dry and bland. On our most recent order, we called to get a replacement pizza and the manager was rude and dismissive, saying we could get a free pizza next time but "only if we called," and then hung up. How would they remember the promise they just made? I was given no evidence or guarantee that I'd get a free pizza next time, and no offer to replace my pizza now. It was a 2-ingedient pizza... not that hard. Now I'm out the dinner I was expecting, plus the delivery fees and tip. To top it off, they delivered my soda all shaken up, so it exploded everywhere when I tried to open it. It's just not worth it to order from here anymore. They tried to get better for a while but it's clear they don't care about quality checking their orders or providing decent customer service. Best just to order from a locally-owned pizza business, or be willing to pick up your own dominos pizza so you can check if they get it wrong."
"Manager got pissy with me in the store for leaving negative feedback and blaming 'the store getting shut down' on me. All I said on he website feedback form was 'only mark it ready if it's ready to put in my hands' after being told to wait 15 minutes when the site said it was done because of some large 200 pie order coming in. Excuse me for not knowing the intricacies of the ordering software. Like I get it being busy on NYE and that Domino's staffing and wage policy is atrocious, but then just tell me the correct time to come in so I'm not waiting in your lobby hearing you getting frustrated. Your food is consistently good but I hope you do get shut down if you're going to take out what is a company problem on me"
"Me and my and my wife ordered Domino's a couple of months ago and we got our order and everything was messed up and it. We ordered extra cheese and got extra sauce so we had pizza soup a total mess. It was cold. The manager was rude but he said he would make up for it. Fast forward to today when we wanted to redeem our makeup order and we talked to a gentleman by the name of Donald which is a new manager who was so attentive to our needs and trusted us on good faith as well as he should to the order being messed up. We were going to do our makeup order and never ordered from them again. But Donald, the new manager and still trusting us that we could order again and have it not screwed up. I'm really glad the Othello Domino's installed new leadership because that's what they needed and we will be back again and again and again because of it. Thank you, Donald."
"Visited Seattle and have a variety of different dietary preferences in our family- for less than $30, we got delicious pizza that pleased everyone! Gluten free crust was delicious and regular hand tossed was as well. Friendly staff and order was ready as promised."
"Some of the employees at this location need retraining in customer service! One of the short skinny male employees at this location thought it would be funny to make fun of my name ,amongst his co-workers. I corrected him 3 times! Even with his immaturity, he continued to laugh and be unprofessional, as if it was funny. I had to remind this immature man that he forgot to give me the ranch dip for my order. About to delete the app and I won't be ordering from here anymore. Oh by the way, be careful of the toppings you order on your pizza. I caught food poison with the premium chicken and diced tomatoes. Not following food safety guidelines seem to be a problem at this location."
