"A bright spot in my day to start my morning here! From the warm and inviting environment and the great coffee. The point of difference is the team, they know my name and order and are genuinely friendly! Also love that they have gluten free options for food.. I really wish that Woods had a sustainable and more environment approach. In order to use a re-usable cup, they make the drink in a disposable cup, pour it in your re-usable cup and throw out the disposable cup. There has to be a better way Woods Coffee! This is important to your consumers. Looking forward to a better solution!"

"I don't like to complain and I think I give people a fair amount of leeway when new, but the woman that is working on the cash register is completely incompetent. She doesn't have a name on her apron but now twice within 10 days she has messed up my order and today failed to use the gift card I have, telling me that it was empty even though I had just used it at the Burlington location the day prior and have a receipt showing me the remaining balance. I do take some fun out of this watching her coworkers faces when she is taking a customers order, you can tell they are over working with her, ohh the eye rolling. I hope she isn't making the state minimum wage, feel like the federal minimum is more appropriate."

"I enjoyed the white chocolate mocha and spinach artichoke dip; both were delightful. However, a surprising drawback is the lack of Apple Pay, and card payments require swiping instead of being touchless. On the positive side, the view and ambience added to the overall experience."

"Used the drive thru window and had a mailer for a free hand crafted beverage. I ordered a peppermint mocha. The coffee was surprisingly good and my drink was delicious! The barista was very friendly. I highly recommend visiting and enjoying a wonderfully made coffee drink!"

"Glad we have another non-Starbucks option in the area. The marina is quickly becoming another great spot to hang out for a coffee or a beer. This location has lots of seating and a cozy vibe. The vegan banana bread is very delicious."
