"5 baristas were present. The two dudes were busting it out. The three girls were not. My husband and I stood waiting to be acknowledged. The girls were too busy deciding who could stay late to pose with hands on hips. One of the guys took our order after finishing the order he was working on. 5/5 stars to him. 1/5 dimly lit flashlights with corroded battery contacts to the girls. The coffee hit though. Thanks dude who helped us."
"I know it's hard to hire quality people, but the crew working this morning (12/29/23 specifically, before noon), was handling the rush with absolute composure. It was busy, and there was only 3 people on staff. They were keeping people in the lobby informed on their beverage and food progress, and kept their cool. Kudos to them for being a solid Starbucks team and working together to keep their store in order during the outside chaos. I hope their manager and above sees this and reminds themselves of their front line employees and their dedication and sacrifice to keep things afloat."
"On top of the drink not being that good, I had a young lady working the drive thru try and add a tip to my order without my consent today. I caught it thankfully. The manager tried to blame me which is crazy to me. While they refunded me, I was appalled how it was handled. I'm sure they have cameras and would love to see what really happened. Watch your orders and totals at this location!"
"I go to this Starbucks regularly because it’s close to me but I keep coming back because of the service. The employees are always great and helpful. James and Bliss are amazing baristas and people. Highly recommend"
"Most of the time, great, however when this particular worker, long strawberry blonde hair, prob in her 20s is running the place, it's at its worst. This time my drink was incorrect, was in the drive thru. Told me, they were too busy and to go inside for my drink. Waited for 10 minutes, it was still wrong and no apology, she clearly hated that I had them correct my drink. Just gave up and tossed the drink. Avoid Saturday mornings here!"
