"Lazy workers, didn’t want to make a smoothie because I came at 8:40 and they close at 9. They put their blenders away early, so even though they’re supposed to be open and available to serve you till 9, that’s not the case depending on what you order. Customer service is obviously not a priority to them! Also, a smoothie was the ONLY thing I ordered, and that was apparently too much for them."

"Ordered a bread bowl and they were out of them so they gave me extra bread. I called and wanted to be compensated just for the bowl but they refunded the soup. They left a note that I found after I called, telling me they added extra bread. I felt really bad, just wanted to say they have a really great manager and friendly staff. Great food, great service, love this location. One of the few fast food places in Everett that isn't garbage service and food wise."

"Great place to take my toddler for lunch but the last time I came I was so dissapointed with the kids turkey sandwich and when I brought it up to the female manager she wasn't alerted by the way they presented a 8 dollor sandwich. The bread was soo thick not how the picture showed. Just a big no and how the manager handled it was so awkward"

"Nice outdoor seating available for summer time . Lot of indoor seating available. Convenient parking right outside. Prices are reasonable. Chicken tikka soup is new item , which tasted good but we can hardly find any chicken in that soup . Buffalo chicken sandwich is very tasty but it is saucy and little too spicy for me. Chipotle chicken is the best of all . Pair for 2 is a good menu option which will save you couple of bucks for soup and sandwich combo ."

"I don't like to write about corporate places but this is our go-to Panera. It's on the pricey side but the food is made fresh. I recommend the chicken and wild rice soup and the turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich. It's a good choice for a quick pick up on the way home. Orders can be called in so that's nice. The food is good!"
