"This is one of the Starbucks that I go to frequently and for the most part, I've had good experiences but lately, it has gone downhill. I've shown up several times with their store being closed early and particularly today, I showed up at 6:10pm and they were closed. There was no sign posted and several people were behind me in line in the Drive-Thru with no knowledge of them closing early either. The drive-thru menu screen was completely black. Usually, if I go to a Starbucks and they're closed, the drive-thru menu screen is still lit up and there is an automated voice that says "sorry, we are closed". So, in this case, I thought the screen was black because it was broken so I kept saying hello and once I got no response after a few times, I pulled up to the window and there was a barista there. It looked as if she were working/making a drink. She would not turn her head anywhere near the window and I kept trying to wave and beep the horn a few times and she would still not look. I finally knocked on the glass and then she looked over and yelled "we're closed" and kept going back to doing whatever she was doing. I yelled back to put up a sign if they are closed. Their website says they close at 7:30 p.m. and this was a whole hour and 20 minutes before that. My top favorite Starbucks is on Meridian next to South Hill Mall and I will continue to go there instead. Much better and faster service!"
