"We went to the mall last Sunday, January 7th, 2024. There was a really large line when we went to get a drink. We toughed it out, and surprisingly, it went really fast. Drinks were good. Way to work together and get the job done efficiently!!"

"Very crowded. Had 2 people taking orders but only 1 making and handing out drinks. She was making them out of order so several people who ordered after me got drinks before me. My kid's drink was done about 5 minutes before mine and I watched them make other people's orders while my cup was just sitting there waiting for them to actually make it."

"I brought my own cup to this Starbucks to order a drink. The girl took my cup and try to see if the price tag is on my cup. Well, I mean don’t you supported to ask if I want to buy the cup or it was my own? Even the store didn’t carry the cup that I had. I felt this girl is very mean to me, maybe because I was the only Asian girl with 2 kiddos in the line, so is she."

"This Starbucks was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, and the coffee was great as usual. Parking was good outside the mall, and the location itself was close to my entrance. Overall, it was fun and enjoyable."

My 86 year old mom walks the mall every day and witnessing all of the employees greet my mom with so much care and respect truly makes my heart flutter.
