"Love the fresh, hot drinks made-to-order, but the drip coffee in the thermoses is consistently lukewarm and stale. Major turn-off for coffee enthusiasts. However, the seating areas are spotless and well-maintained, with comfy fireside chairs perfect for relaxing. If they addressed the coffee issue, this place would be amazing!"
"I prefer this place to Starbucks (1000 feet away). Cozy and comfy with a fireplace. Has a room for a group event. Coffee is smooth and not bitter. Plenty of seating with WiFi if you need to do laptop work. The Staff is fabulous and the bathrooms are clean."
"They have good tasting coffee and craft drinks that you won’t find in other places. I come here to study, eat some snacks and drink some tasty coffee!"
"This place was a great place until yesterday (Friday, December 22nd, 2023). I'm a repeat customer who wanted to use the restroom first before I ordered a drink. The bathrooms now have locks on them. I asked for the code to use the restroom and the lady said she did not recognize me being a repeat customer and could not give me the code. She's has helped me before. It goes to show you how much of a small brain she has for not remembering. Anyway. I left the store and went to University Place Cutters Point and they were closed, and it was only around 5:30pm. Then I drove across the bridge to Gig Harbor to the flagship store to get my last drink I'll ever get from Cutters Point, due to their inability to cater to their loyal customers to let them use the restroom without any questions asked. I pray this company will get better customer service, so you won't lose customers! Good luck!"
"Friday time here, the location was a bit hard to find as it was nestled back in a corner. Ordered using the drive thru, it was nice being able to order face to face, the service was fine no issues they were able to answer my questions. Ordered latte cold brew and some donuts the latte was fine, the cold brew had nice berry notes, the donuts were fine nothing special a bit better than grocery store donuts but not by much. the apple fritter was a bit tough like maybe it was a bit on the old side. I didn't see an option for contactless payments and I had to sign for my purchase, that seemed odd since it's a requirement from any of the card issuers. Personally I'm not a big fan of extra unneeded steps."
