"Over the course of about three years my wife and I have had many meals and all were great. First couple we had pasta dishes then we ordered pizza delivery about three times and most recently dined in for pizza. The space is really cozy the staff is kind and personable which I love and food is great. Gem of a place! Love it!"

"First visit with mom around September 2023, she ordered the tri color tortellini was tasty good, and I ordered a hot Italian sandwich was good light taste just right, last a green salad with olive oil. Coffee was flavor excellent, went back the second time was not a good experience, ordered the tri color tortellini, was to salty, and the Italian hot sandwich had way to much mozzarella and sandwich stuck to the napkin( the sandwich was placed on top of napkin) the Coffee was not favorable this time more like water down ( yes I like Coffee) the salad had to much balsamic on it tried to tell the waiterss but I guess she was tired. The owner was not there the second time there, but was the first time abd made sure everything was good and talked with customers. So it may be awhile before my family goes there to eat."

"I've walked by this restaurant plenty of times and after my step dad had some friends talk about it; he invited me to join him. It's an inconspicuous, quietly decorated restaurant. The waitress was great, friendly, attentive and no nonsense (I mispronounced a menu item and she corrected me subtly). Can't hold it against her, it's probably annoying dealing with ignorance on an easy Italian word. My step dad enjoyed his meal, but mine was bland, more bland than that bland meal from Paper Mario that only gives you 10HP and 10FP. It was boring. Disappointing. Garlic bread was pretty good though, its hard to f*** that up. Overall, if you like friendly service in a quiet restaurant with boring food: this is your place!"

Located in Ballard in the heart of downtown, Palermo’s offers a wide range of traditional Italian food that is served fresh with awesome seasonings and a very friendly staff. Every time I am in town this is my go to lunch spot so I encourage you to check it out."

"Love the place. Amazing good. Olives were little salty but I can ignore with the taste of amazing dishes. The meat is well cooked. Street side parking. People are friendly and help you decide on items. They have a nice happy hour everyday. We ordered different type of pasta and we were not disappointed. Drinks menu is small you get wine and beer. This was my first time but sure to visit again to try out the dishes we missed."
