"I don't live in Yelm. I only go here once a year to pick up some original fried chicken to take to a yearly meeting of old time friends. It's a tradition now going on many years. What impresses me is that every time I go the counter help is always extremely nice and friendly. Great customer service and let's me know what the best deal is for the amount of chickenI need."

"It's been a long time, and it will be a long time again. It's just not that great for the astronomical price and level of service they offer. Nine pieces of chicken and one order of fries for $$23$$. I can get eight pieces and potato wedges at walmart or safeway for under fifteen dollars. But you all go on and enjoy life and I'll just take my business elsewhere."

"All the staff over here, meanwhile. However, they are severely shortstaffed, and the right hand does not know what the left-hand is doing. It is actually kind of scary. The lines along and the people before us are just the drive-through people coming back to ask for missing items. Management is not able to train the new employees properly. Lobby is extremely cold and we requested them to turn the heat up because it was freezing in the middle of December. They must have had some theft break-ins and so the bathrooms or restrooms, do have a code, and to get to the code, you have to stand in line"

"Order was incorrect multiple times and food quality was significantly below standards for KFC overall. The restaurant was clean but it also was poorly heated and the dining area was uncomfortably cold. The manager did turn up the heat when requested to do so, so that was nice. This particular KFC has historically had less than ideal customer experience satisfaction from our family, but we keep hoping for positive improvements."

"went through the drive through at a very busy hour and got both KFC and Taco Bell. the KFC portion of my order was forgotten so i had to drive back to the restaurant after getting home. the manager compensated me so well that i'm not even upset that they forgot the food in the first place. she upgraded my small mashed potato into a family sized one with extra gravy and gave me almost 30 nuggets rather than the 8 i originally paid for as well as a free strawberry freeze drink. overall great experience that almost made me wish they forgot my food more often"
