Pizza Hut

"The pizza I ordered was the Original Pan Pizza crust but it was under cooked. The crust was doughy, not crispy. The staff was as I expect them to be, polite and professional. We did not receive any special attention so the experience was what I would call normal. No special effort was offered by the staff so no tip was given. They simply did their job and nothing more."

"Tonight we ordered pizza for my daughter's birthday. We waited for 50 minutes for it. It said it was delivered. When calling, I was initially told to check with my neighbors. Needless to say, i was frustrated. After all, we had about $80 worth of pizza for a birthday party. Eventually I had the chance to speak with a manager and our order was remade and after a little over 2 hours we had our pizza delivered. They made it right with us though by giving us a credit use at a future time. All in all even though it was a frustrating situation, I think it was handled well and hopefully our next experience with them will be better"

"Yelm Pizza Hut is awful. They never make my order correct and last night they delivered my order to the wrong address. Took them nearly 2 hours to deliver a replacement. Also - for some time now they do not put enough sauce on the wings to even get them wet. There's just enough in the bottom of the dish to scrap up to cover a few bites. Also - the size of the cups for the marinara sauce is like half the size now and the marinara is always cold. Also - I simply order extra garlic sprinkles on my breadsticks and I actually got NONE. I just am done with Pizza Hut. The quality of their food has gone downhill - or maybe I should say - their attention to detail - a simple request on an order is nill. And their delivery somehow is not paying attention to what house they are going to. BOOOO. all the way around. And when I spoke with the manager - there was no apology - no nothing. And then to make us wait for nearly 2 hours for the replacement. I think you get the point."

"Night staff are too busy dancing and singing instead of making sure my order is all there. Had to drive back and get the rest of my order. The manager was nice enough to give 25 dollars store credit but this place is ran poorly."

"It's better than frozen but not that much better. I got the Hawaiian Luau pizza and some boneless honey BBQ chicken tenders. Sauce was slathered around sloppily on the pizza, crust is decent, toppings were spread evenly but didn't excite my taste buds. The BBQ tenders were the same as getting them frozen and reheating them in the over but with the added experience of being soggy because they sat in the pool of BBQ too long they lost all crunch."
