Took my jet boat in, making it extremely clear and upfront that this would take time, talked with Dale and his lead mechanic, showing them the issues, No problem they both said, I understood that time is money. Long short, after waiting 3 months to get it in, then another month for the work to be done.I called Dale to pick it up and pay, Dale then informs me that i" it's a project, maybe later this winter. Took out many promises and obligations I made, spoiled my Salmon season and cost me money. I really cannot stress enough that you better not rely on this business, And Dale, verbal contracts are inforceable in Washington state."
