"The costs here don't really add ypbto value. The service is also a bit slow. One thing I found off putting was they charge tax on cash purchases but that is not right in a federal installation. I was told by a staff member that it was tonoffset their credit card machine costs. If thatbis the case then why not kistbit in the proce on the menu board instead of as a tax??"

"i enjoy the coffee here BUT as a hosp employee and regular customer, I have seen employees come and go as you would expect. My last two visits, the gal at the cash register was really rude.... today I ordered a tuna pile and usually I'm asked what I'd like on it from a list of additions. She looked at me and asked "standard"? I don't know what standard is, I was assuming she would just let me know what's avail like EVERYONE else has. ..instead she tells me "it's not that complicated"..... um do YOU know what standard comes with? She tells me NO !! What ?! I couldn't care less if she knows what standard means as it related to a tuna pile, but I do care that she was condescending.and rude. Nobody had name tags so I have no idea her name but brunette with glasses. Cust service straight downhill."
