"Waited at the window to order for a long time. There was a another vehicle that showed up on the other side and the barista was just chatting away. The barista did not even ring that person in the vehicle up as it appeared that they did not order anything. Finally she came to the window and we had learned that they were all out of the base so no blended drinks could be made. We ended up saying no thank you and left. The service was awful, just sitting there to learn that the other car who pulled up just wanted to chat woth the barista and all that time we waited our drinks could not even be made. Went across the street to Starbucks and received much better and professional service. Thanks Starbucks!"

"The short line took a really long time, when I got to the window I could see the girls on their phones. My “coffee” was stark white and tasted like sweetened milk, I even asked for 1/2 sweet. I threw it in the garbage and went across the street to Starbucks."
