"Ordered my food an hour ago. All employees are just standing around talking. There appears to be no one in drive through and not even two customers in the store. Very upset with this burger king I. Yelm. Everytime I come here for a quick bite to eat. It ends up being a total time waster and horrible service. Definitely never coming back."
"let me start by saying if I could give this zero stars I would. The bathrooms were disgusting, poop smeared everywhere. The dining area was dirty. We got the wrong order, then, when we brought it up to the cashier, she seemed super skeptical of us, as to say that we might be lying about 2 missing cheeseburgers. Cashier told us not to get fries because they “didn’t change their grease recently“. Unfortunately, this seems the status quo for this Burger King in Yelm. Which begs the question why did I go back?"
"I used to work for burger king so i get that you need to make your times for drive thru short but i always found that customers would happily wait and park for a burger thats fresh and exactly how they ordered it. My two recent trips have been absolutely horrible. I will not be visiting this particular restaurant again if i can help it."
"Although they're currently struggling with staffing (like everyone else), the workers are friendly, the service time is acceptable and the food is always hot and fresh. I've never had an issue with an order here and would recommend trying this location. 10/10"
