Whidbey Coffee

"We were in desperate need for coffee after an exhausting play day with kids on the ocean shore and this was the closest place that came on Google Maps that served coffee. We grabbed some for adults and kids friendly frappes for our two boys. Also the lady already put away cookies cause she was closing down for the day, although she was kind enough to grab some for us."

"This is my very first review. This should tell you how upset I am over this purchase. I ordered the largest blended drink size they had, I think it was 32 ounces, spiced Chai with two shots of white coffee. I have no idea what I got. It was a blend something. Maybe vanilla Chai but even if it was, it didn't taste like it. Whatever it was, it had no flavor and it was not sweet at all. I went back to have another made and I was told that with the two shots of white coffee they couldn't make the Chai correctly. Two shots of white coffee with the milk took up to much room in the cup they couldn't make it taste like spiced Chai, that is what the girl said. So basically the Chai tea that everyone else in the PNW can get right, this place can't because two shots and milk take up to much room. When I asked if I could get it remade without the coffee I was told no, because there was nothing wrong with this one. I asked them to toss it and left. Won't be back."

"Shot quality has been consistently good between baristas for years now. Glad to see the place has improved so much! Everyone is super friendly."
