"This is the best location for 4 Wheel Parts. I called in to ask a ton of questions about a truck part and Aaron went above and beyond with Customer Service. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed when we were talking and he was so kind. This store is further away from us but I would go out of my way to drive to this location to get anything we needed for our truck. Thank you so much again for the amazing customer service!!"

"Don't bother going to this location for any work, whether it's a simple set of tires or a full upfit on a vehicle! The "Sales Manager" Zach Landau is nearly worthless. He will send you quotes to perform work but then won't accept the work when the vehicle is present. They claim that they have no storage space for vehicles, yet they have an empty lot day in and day out. I would imagine this is due to the irresponsible management staff treating other potential customers the same way. To top it off, this location will charge you THOUSANDS of dollars more than other vendors will - in particular, Les Schwab will do the work for you at a fraction of the cost of these guys. Even if the products and services are the same, they will markup the work by hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor, take your upfit/customization needs to a business that wants your money, will treat you right, treat your vehicle right, AND will work around your needs. Take it to Les Schwab less than a 1.5 miles down the road on Highway 99."

"Bad experience. I needed new shock bushings, so went to the store and was sold a $188 (including tax) inspection that was suppossed to be refundable as a credit toward a future service. The shop identified $6500 in recommended repairs, which seemed excessive given the state of the vehicle and overall condition of the suspension. I decided to just replace the shocks, then at checkout was told I could not use the credit unless I had all $6500 of recommended services performed. After some compaining, the representative also said it was because I had used a promotion (bought the shocks on sale on Labor Day) and that they couldn't use another. Which is it? and sorry, an inspection credit is not a promotion."
